Send us your furniture rental referral, get paid!

Walker-Lewis rents is happy to provide rental referrals to apartment community staff. For those who wish to participate in our program, referrals in the amount of $75.00 will be paid to you directly. Simply submit the resident information, and when a rental order is delivered, a referral fee is sent off – it's that easy!

How the program works:

Quote and Rental Agreement must reflect a minimum term of three-months
Referral form must be submitted here, or emailed, or faxed to Walker-Lewis Rents by last date of month of move-in.
W-9 Form must be on file at Walker-Lewis Rents for each employee paricipating in the Referral Program
Referrals will be paid out by mail during the first week of every month.
All furniture packages qualify for the referral program.
